Adult Membership

(13+) 

  • Comprehensive new patient exam, which includes: 
    • Full series of X-rays, including a panoramic X-ray 
    • Perio probing 
    • Extraoral exam 
    • Limited TMJ evaluation 
    • Oral cancer screening 
    • Sleep apnea screening 
    • Intraoral images (if needed) 

  • 6-month periodic exam 
    • X-rays if needed 
    • Extra oral exam 
    • Limited TMJ evaluation 
    • Oral cancer screening 

  • Two Adult Prophy (cleanings) per year 
  • Two Fluoride treatments per year 
  • One emergency exam with X-ray
